Cancellations/Refund&Returns Policy

All sales at our website WWW.ALOKACANDLES.COM are final.

We have curated handmade slow poured collection of soy scented candles, which means Exchanging and Returning would not be possible for customer not requiring the items further post-delivery. However, if it’s a genuine issue (damaged product received) we can surely support. There will be no returns or refunds for satisfaction issue as orders are made to order.

Unboxing video to be provided for a valid claim for damaged item received due to shipping.

Please inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order of any request exchange or problem with your order, and we will try to accommodate. In most cases we can accept exchange ONLY if box and tags are intact and goods are unused.

Refunds are processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.

All orders are shipped from our Bangalore, India location only using our nominated logistics partner.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA ONLY

Please choose a delivery address where someone will be in to receive it (i.e., no Po Box addresses). You must provide a full address, including any special instructions, as we will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address. If an incomplete address or phone number is provided, we will email you to ask for the full address/phone number.

We are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number, so if we do not get a reply after 2 attempts to reach you, we will cancel the order.

Deliveries will take place any day of the week and will be attempted 2 times before they are returned to us.

There will be additional fees for further shipping attempts, or for any change of address after the delivery has been scheduled and you have received your tracking number.

Please allow 10 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive, though in practice they usually arrive within 5 working days.
